This includes advising on individual and group freehold sales/acquisitions, leasehold assignments and new lettings for private individuals as well as regional and national corporate companies, landlords, trusts, administrators and pension funds. Andy joined Fleurets as a Negotiator in 2003 from an operations background in the licensed leisure sector having worked for managed house operators and a national pub company.
