Andy has been living and working on the "Worlds Most Beautiful Beaches" for the past 35 years. Andy began his career with Stephens's and Associates in property management for Polynesian Village where he learned about the operations of an HOA, management of income producing properties and the sell and re-sell of condo's. He has been able to work with a few select companies throughout his career until he decided to open his own real estate company, Beach Boys Realty and then later joined Counts Real Estate on 30A as a Broker Agent. Andy's passion for real estate is evident. His specialty and knowledge is in all sizes of real estate acquisitions, commercial sales, vacant land, first homes, rental properties, second homes and condo's and Leases.
