Prior to his work at Signature, Andy was responsible for the procurement, presentation and management of commercial mortgage investments for Principal Real Estate Investors in Connecticut, Massachusetts, and New York. Andy joined Signature in 2008, and is responsible for new tenant procurement, tenant relationship management, and brand development and awareness as well as overseeing marketing efforts for Signature’s commercial property management, development and investment capabilities.
Andy holds a degree in finance from Buena Vista University and is a Certified Commercial Investment Member with advanced knowledge of commercial real estate and related topics. Andy currently serves on the board of Big Brothers Big Sisters – Central Iowa and Mid-Iowa Ducks Unlimited and is also an active member of ICSC and the Iowa Commercial Real Estate Association.
