Andy Le, CCIM, MBA, is a market-focused commercial real estate advisor with First Commercial Real Estate & Advisory Services, specializing in investment sales and leasing throughout the Central Valley and Northern California. Andy advises property owners, investors, and tenants with a strategic, market-driven approach rooted in financial analysis, property operations, and asset positioning.
With a focus on income-producing commercial real estate, Andy works closely with clients to evaluate market conditions, identify opportunities that align with their investment objectives, and execute sale and leasing strategies designed to maximize asset performance. His experience spans multifamily, retail, office, and other commercial investment properties, giving him a well-rounded perspective on ownership objectives, tenant demand, and long-term investment performance.
Andy earned his MBA from San Jose State University and passed the California Real Estate Broker Exam in 2023. He later earned the Certified Commercial Investment Member (CCIM) designation, further strengthening his expertise in investment analysis, market analysis, user decision analysis, and commercial real estate strategy.
Prior to brokerage, Andy began his real estate career in property management, where he managed a diverse portfolio of residential and commercial properties throughout the Bay Area. This operational background allows him to understand the factors that drive asset performance, including leasing, expenses, tenant relations, property-level operations, and value creation.
Andy is committed to serving property owners, investors, and tenants with professionalism, market insight, and a hands-on advisory approach. Beyond brokerage, he remains active in his local community and is a member of Saint Luke’s Church in Stockton, CA, where he and his family regularly volunteer.
