Andy Prater is an investment sales professional with Marcus & Millichap’s Jacksonville office, specializing in the acquisition and disposition of single-tenant and multi-tenant retail assets across North Florida and South Georgia. He is dedicated to delivering tailored advisory solutions that bridge his clients’ immediate objectives with their long-term investment strategies.
With expertise spanning retail acquisitions and dispositions, sale-leaseback transactions, advisory services, and capital markets debt structuring, Andy is recognized for his ability to navigate complex transactions and develop creative strategies that maximize value while overcoming challenges.
Andy attended the University of North Florida, where he earned his Associate of Arts degree in 2005. Outside of commercial real estate, he enjoys fishing, surfing, pickleball, and tennis, as well as traveling with friends and family—having visited eight countries to date.
