Andy joined AEW in 1999 as a Part I, progressing through the practice and becoming Managing Director in 2020. Andy is an Architect now focused on driving the continuous improvement of the practice for the benefit of our communities, clients and the environment.
Andy oversees the strategic direction of the business working to ensure the delivery of AEW’s People, Projects and Performance Strategies. He works closely with the BIM, Sustainability and Central Resource functions to ensure the smooth running of the practice and innovation in our approach. He also provides guidance to project teams working across all sectors, having successfully delivered industrial, office, residential and retail and leisure projects throughout his career.
