Andrew is a seasoned finance executive with over 22 years of experience in corporate finance within the construction and real estate industry. His career spans across mature /stabilized companies and start-up environments, providing him a diverse skill set to effectively manage growth and foster process development.
Andrew specializes in finance strategy development and implementation and has been involved in closing over $1B in real estate transactions. He is experienced in structuring and executing on complex capital stack financing for large historical projects with over $100M in public incentive program funds including; Historic Rehabilitation Tax Credits, New Market Tax Credits, and Tax Increment Financing.
Andrew received an MBA from the University of Phoenix and a Bachelor of Science degree in Accounting from Bowling Green State University.
