Mr. Zgutowicz, in his role as Chief Executive Officer, is responsible for the overall management of the company, its funds, capital strategy, and investment activities. Mr. Zgutowicz joined High Street in 2008 as a Principal and Head of Acquisitions and, with his guidance, expanded the acquisition team and brokerage network. For 12 years prior to joining High Street, Mr. Zgutowicz was a Senior Investment Officer with First Industrial Realty Trust, where he directed both acquisition and disposition transactions totaling in excess of $2.6 billion and joint venture initiatives with the company’s institutional investment partners. Mr. Zgutowicz is a member of the National Association of Industrial and Office Properties (NAIOP) and has been a NAIOP Industrial Acquisition Forum member since 2013. Mr. Zgutowicz is a member of High Street’s Executive, Management, and Investment Committees.
