Andy Zheng Chan brings both public and private sector commercial real estate experience to the table. He is equipped with over 9 years of commercial real estate experience in municipal property taxation, transactional brokerage, appraisal, and property management.
Andy is a graduate from the University of British Columbia with a Bachelor's of Commerce (Real Estate). He is an AACI designated appraiser with the Appraisal Institute of Canada and holds an Real Property Administrator (RPA) designation with BOMI International. Additionally, he has achieved LEED AP and WELL AP certifications.
