AZZE graduated from Georgetown University, School of Foreign Service in 1979, with a Major in International Economics. He received a Masters Degree from Schiller International University (Paris, France) in International Business in 1982, and two years later, obtained a Certificate of Commercial Real Estate from University of Pennsylvania – Wharton School of Business.
In 1982, he joined Excel Realty as Sales and Marketing Director and dedicated the next five years of his professional career to land, residential and commercial development. At Excel Realty, Mr. Concepcion-Azze developed strategic alliances with experienced developers; analyzed key target markets; evaluated and presented redevelopment opportunities; negotiated joint venture partnerships agreements; and worked with joint venture partners to oversee projects from start to finish.
In 1987, Mr. Concepcion-Azze founded Seventhe Real Estate, which later became Brickell Village Realty Inc., a full service Real Estate Company catering primarily to local real estate developers and international individual clients. With a group of over twenty associates and a vast professional experience, Mr. Concepcion-Azze assists investors and principals in acquiring and selling residential/commercial real estate and supports real estate investment and real estate lending decisions by analyzing the quality and feasibility of real estate projects (including raw land development, commercial, multi-family and condo development and purchases). Mr. Concepcion-Azze represents owners and developers in the sale of land, apartments, single family homes, office buildings, and retail centers from $500,000 to $40,000,000.
