Angel began his real estate career in 2010 with the purchase of several single family rental homes. Multifamily and Commercial Real Estate became his passion shortly thereafter. Currently, Angel is a sponsor and asset manager of over 500 Multifamily units in Texas.
With 10 years of previous corporate technical sales experience in Fortune 500 companies, he became a trusted advisor to his clients when those hard decisions needed to be made. Angel joined a multifamily team in Dallas during March of 2016 to advise investors about their multifamily and commercial real estate. Angel brings years of investment, ownership, and management experience to the team. He understands the difficult decisions owners face during the portfolio’s cycle of ownership. Through deep analysis of the asset and tracking the trending market data, Angel will be able to advise them when selling to maximize their profits.
