Angel Somkham began her real estate career in the Dallas/Fort Worth area in 2003. Her expertise is in commercial real estate working with investors and has a strong background in acquisitions and dispositions including 1031 Exchange transactions. She is well versed on the day-to-day management and financial planning in the retail market of restaurants and apparel sales.
She has experience working in a multi-cultural environment and fluent in several languages including Thai, Laotian and secondary in Vietnamese.
Angel has a Bachelor’s of Business Administration and a Masters of Business Administration and Masters of Science Project Management, from Colorado Technical University.
Angel is a member of the International Council of Shopping Centers (www.icsc.org) and of the North Texas Commercial Association of Real Estate Professionals (www.ntcar.org). Angel is also a member and founder of the US Pan Asian American Chamber of Commerce and past President of Thai Commerce Association.
