Angela Bates, Vice President of the Client Advisory Group, is focused on business development in our non-California markets, with a strong focus on Nevada, Arizona, Colorado, Oregon, Washington, and Utah.
Angela has 20 years of experience in the real estate industry. She previously specialized in the acquisition/disposition of income-producing multifamily properties with Newmark. Before joining the real estate industry, Bates was a Series 7 licensed securities investment broker and Series 3 NFA Commodities licensed broker with RBC/Royal Bank of Canada in a regional office in Portland, Oregon. She earned her Bachelor of Science in marketing from the University of Phoenix. Angela's recent accomplishments include the 2021 Newmark Top Producer award within the Las Vegas market and the 2017 CoStar Power Broker.
