Bio
Angus is an International Partner in Cushman & Wakefield's London Office Tenant Representation team, where he is Head of London City Tenant Representation.
He has 25 years' of experience advising occupiers across London and the South East of England, and is responsible for some of the most transformational and important strategic office projects.
He has a particular focus on the Financial and Technology sectors, having been responsible for advising firms such as Microsoft, Disney and Paramount on their London portfolios, as well as HQ projects for AllianceBernstein, Macquarie, MetLife and TPG.
He has significant additional experience in the Energy and Life Sciences sectors, including having been responsible for the acquisition of AstraZeneca's 650k sq ft Cambridge HQ and Aker Solutions 215k sq ft UK HQ in Chiswick Park.
Angus is highly relationship focused and has supported clients on an account management basis globally, as well as locally in London and the UK.
