Angus is a Director of GJS Property and specialises in the sale and leasing of industrial and business space within Sydney’s Central West Precinct. Angus joined GJS Property in May 2009 and has focused on the Central West precinct for the past 18 years. Throughout this time he has built an excellent reputation with both his clients and his peers and is well respected within the marketplace.
Angus has established strong relationships with both private and institutional owners including, Goodman, ISPT, GPT, Dexus, AMP Capital, Charter Hall, Centuria, Altis, 151 Property and Stockland in the leasing of vacancies within their respective portfolios.
Angus also specialises in working with corporate tenants in assessing their needs and assisting them in securing either new facilities or taking on additional space.
