Ann has an extensive background in commercial real estate since 1982. She has wide ranging experience in the commercial field including office, industrial, retail, site location and investment real estate. Ann served as the Commercial Sales Office Manager for Realty USA during 1987-1989. With the professional designation, CCIM - Certified Commercial Investment Member, she is the 1998 past president of CIREB (Commercial & Industrial Real Estate Brokers) the leading commercial real estate organization in the Capital District, and the CIREB Member of the Year in 1995.
