Ann Marie Woessner-Collins brings decades of commercial real estate experience to her team at Savills. As a tenured advisor working out of the Minneapolis office, Ann Marie provides top-of-the-line consulting services to her clients, including market research, financial analysis, site selection, energy negotiation and workplace strategy. Also, a national expert in business and tax incentives negotiation and implementation, Ann Marie helps her clients obtain the best locations for the lowest operating and talent costs for their businesses. Ann Marie has extensive experience in real estate, energy and wholesale production. She spent 17 years as managing director at JLL and The Staubach Company. Ann Marie founded the Business and Economic Incentives team in North America, negotiating with state and local governments and changing legislation in 15 states. Her focus is to reduce up-front capital and expenses along with ongoing operating costs, for businesses. Ann Marie’s team covered facilities including heavy manufacturing, warehouses, corporate headquarters, data centers, and R&D facilities. Prior to JLL, Ann Marie was partner at KPMG Peat Marwick, and the director of Purchasing, Energy and Economic Incentives at Frito-Lay. All of these experiences provide Ann Marie with a multitude of perspectives in manufacturing, energy, finance and legal. Her background, along with her tenant-first approach, is what makes Ann Marie such a dynamic and effective force in commercial real estate.
