Ann Montilla brings valuable experience to the JLL brokerage team. Ann is an office-leasing specialist with over 10 years of real estate experience. In the past three years, she has been involved in over 86 leasing transactions for over 500,000 square feet in downtown San Francisco. Ann has been instrumental in creating specialized financial models to illustrate innovative leasing strategies and quantify the impact that leasing decisions have on the landlord. Prior to joining the brokerage team, Ann was a Group Manager overseeing over 1.5M SF of Class-A office space in San Francisco. Prior to joining JLL, Ann worked for Arthur Andersen and Standard & Poor’s in the areas of real estate tax and valuation.
