Bio
Anna Brown joined the Columbus VanTrust office as Development Manager in May 2023 and was promoted to Director in January 2026. Brown's primary responsibilities include identification, evaluation, and execution of build-to-suit and speculative development opportunities, project economics, and oversight of the design and construction teams.
Prior to joining VanTrust, Anna was an Associate at Stockbridge Capital Group in Chicago, providing analytical and asset management support for an extensive portfolio of industrial, retail and office assets. Anna also assisted with lease negotiations and coordinated owner, broker, and legal discussions while evaluating the financial strength of tenants and selected markets. Prior to joining Stockbridge, Brown served as a financial analyst at Realogic Analytics, Inc. in Chicago, analyzing assets around operational, contractual, and make-leasing concerns. Anna also coordinated in-depth acquisition and due diligence inquiries, and executed audits of seller-provided underwriting models.
Anna is a graduate of The Ohio State University with a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration.
