Anna Voon began her real estate career in residential sales and rentals, later transitioning into commercial real estate to meet growing client demand. Early in her journey across Kuala Lumpur and Selangor, she helped clients activate unused urban land by converting it into temporary car parks, generating short-term value while awaiting future development. She also worked with retail-style terrace properties — commonly known as shop-offices or apartment-style units in Malaysia — and facilitated budget hotel arrangements, liaising between landlords and management companies.
A few years ago, Anna relocated from the northern countryside to Melbourne. Adapting to a new culture while raising her children on her own was both challenging and transformative. Through this experience, she developed a deep understanding of life both inside and outside the city. Working with several agencies in Melbourne, she immersed herself in the structure, pace, and property landscape of the city.
Today, with over 12 years of experience, Anna specialises in the sales and leasing of industrial properties in Melbourne’s southeastern suburbs. Multilingual in English, Cantonese, Mandarin, Malay, and Hainanese, she connects easily with diverse clients and brings a grounded, resilient perspective to every transaction.
