Bio
Anna Zayas-Rodriguez brings more than twenty (20) years of diversified experience in commercial real estate. Prior to joining Bradford Management Company, she worked in commercial real estate leasing and then transitioned into property management. Anna has worked with office, retail, flex space and industrial properties in a range of classes.
Anna is familiar with all aspects of the real estate transaction including marketing, lease administration, negotiating vendor contracts, overseeing capital improvements, annual budgets, rent collection & reconciliation, and acquisition/disposition due diligence.
During Anna’s tenure in commercial property management, she has developed professional relationships with property owners and asset managers, including but not limited to Westmount Realty Capital, Dalfen, NetCo Investments, Inc and Telkin & Associates.
Anna also currently serves as City Council, Place 5 and Board Member of the Revitalization Board for the City of Cockrell Hill. She currently has a Texas Real Estate License and is working on her CPM designation.
