In my over 30 years as a Commercial Real Estate Broker, I have focused on creating wealth for my clients.
At Anne Bruff & Associates, my team and I look to each individual’s assets and goals. With first time investors we provide guidance as to cash flow, tenant relationships, and future value.
Many of my clients are long term investors who have been buying, selling and participating in 1031 exchanges for years. I provide local knowledge to help developers make informed decisions: from industrial condo projects to apartment development. I am local and independent, so I am not restricted into any one category of Real Estate, and can help my clients with their broad spectrum of investments. I also have agents that specialize in residential and leasing who are experts in those fields.
