Anne, having grown up with real estate, officially joined Hooper & Associates in April 2008 as the manager of the sales and development division. She is responsible for providing the most reputable and knowledgeable commercial real estate service in Southern Maryland. Anne represents tenants and landlords in the leasing and sale of land, industrial, office, medical, retail, mixed use, and income producing residential portfolios or individual properties. Prior to joining her family at Hooper & Associates, Anne worked for Dewberry & Davis, Inc. (Dewberry) as a civil designer specializing in land development for two (2) years & the North Carolina Department of Transportation as an engineering intern for one (1) year. Anne graduated from North Carolina State University in 2005. Anne holds a Engineering Intern (EI) license; is completing course work as a CCIM candidate; and is a member of the MD/DC CCIM Chapter, National Association of Realtors Commercial Alliance, and the Southern Maryland Association of Realtors Commercial & Industrial Committee.
