Anne Mehrtens joined Hudson Pacific in 2015 and serves as Executive Vice President, Studio Real Estate & Southern California Office Operations. She is responsible for Sunset Studios and Quixote real estate and Southern California office operations.
Prior to Hudson Pacific, Mehrtens served as Vice President, Asset Management for Topa Management Company, a diversified holding company in Los Angeles that focuses on beverage distribution, automotive retail, insurance, financing and real estate.
