As Senior Director of Specialty Leasing, Anne Militante is responsible for the short-term leasing and specialty income production for Harlem Irving Companies’ retail properties. This includes in-lines, pop-ups, RMUs/carts, kiosks, beverage and entertainment vending, event and amenity sponsorships, promotional events, advertising, and filming. For over 25 years, Anne has worked in the shopping center industry in local, regional, and national deal-making roles, representing properties on behalf of investor clients. Anne joined Harlem Irving Companies in 2016 after spending 14 years with two of the top U.S. retail real estate firms, and working as an independent broker and consultant representing both landlords and tenants.
Education
Anne holds a Master of Arts degree in Marketing from Webster University and a Bachelor of Arts degree in Communication Management from the University of Dayton. She is licensed as a real estate managing broker in Illinois.
