I bring a curious mind to all projects with the confidence to ask hard questions and propose new ideas. I take on positions of leadership naturally while fostering an environment where other team members feel empowered to advocate for their customer at every step.
As a co-owner of Garfield Ventures, I work collaboratively with my partners to invest in, maintain and manage commercial property in the Seattle area.
As a human-centered researcher (and fellow human being), I believe that empathy-building research generates the foundation necessary for innovative products and experiences that provide real value to real people.
