Anthony I. Crivello is the President of Phoenix Investors, one of the largest and most prominent private industrial real estate firms in the country. He provides strategic leadership across all facets of the organization, leading the firm's acquisition and disposition efforts while managing and overseeing leasing, debt and equity, asset management, and broader firm operations. Mr. Crivello has been involved in real estate acquisitions, debt and equity, and dispositions in excess of several billion dollars during his tenure with the firm. Prior to joining Phoenix Investors, Mr. Crivello served as a portfolio manager at a large regional bank, where he completed its rigorous credit analyst program and was responsible for underwriting hundreds of millions of dollars in commercial real estate loans for institutional, middle-market, and REIT borrowers. He has also structured over $40 million in tax credit equity investments for income-restricted multifamily developments.
