Bio
Anthony DeLaurentis joined the acquisitions team at Industrial Outdoor Ventures (IOV) in early 2019 and currently focuses the Central and Eastern US markets. Anthony is intricately involved in all aspects of the acquisition process including sourcing and execution on valueadd, redevelopment, and stabilized opportunities. Additionally, he takes an active role in the post-closing management of marketing and leasing strategies for existing value-add investments. Since 2019, Anthony and the IOV team have executed on over $750M in new acquisitions and leases. He has extensive knowledge of low coverage Industrial Service Facility (ISF) fundamentals and demand drivers in all IOV’s core markets.
Outside of his time at IOV, DeLaurentis is on the board of Solly’s Way Foundation.
Anthony is a graduate from Indiana University with a B.S. in Financial Management.
