nthony Liang is a Senior Vice President at Colliers International specializing in investment sales and capital markets across British Columbia. Anthony advises institutional and private investors on the acquisition and disposition of commercial real estate assets across all major asset classes, with a focus on complex, high-value transactions. Over the course of his career, Anthony has been involved in more than $20 billion of investment transactions throughout Canada, representing pension funds, REITs, private equity groups, developers, and high-net-worth investors. His experience spans office, industrial, retail, multifamily, development land, and mixed-use assets, with expertise in transaction strategy, underwriting, capital structuring, and market positioning.
Prior to joining Colliers International, Anthony was part of one of Canada’s leading capital markets teams, where he advised on several of the country’s most notable commercial real estate transactions.
Anthony is actively involved in the real estate industry and broader community. He serves as Chair of the Developing Leaders Committee for NAIOP Vancouver and is a Board Advisor for the UBC Real Estate Club.
Anthony holds a Bachelor of Commerce degree with a double specialization in Finance and Real Estate from University of British Columbia.
