Real Estate and Private Equity 1980 to Present:
With more than 40 years in the business of investing and developing residential, commercial, and agriculture properties both domestically and internationally he uses those experiences and expertise for his clients in California and across the US. Either as a principal, agent of, or fiduciary board member he has participated in more than $5 billion in real estate and private equity transactions. Even though he deals in most types of real estate transactions he specializes in commercial, agriculture properties, and 1031 investments needs. With more than 25 years in government service at the local, state, and national level and his doctoral studies concentrated in public policy, he understands the needs and requirements of sustainable investing and financial management. As a fiduciary he currently oversees the ownership and management of more than 1400 income producing properties across the US.
