Anthony Palumbo is a Vice President at Impact Commercial Real Estate, bringing more than 20 years of experience in commercial real estate brokerage, development, and urban planning to the Denver metro market. Known for his ambitious, approachable, and entrepreneurial personality, Anthony thrives on building relationships and helping clients make confident real estate decisions that align with their long-term business and investment goals.
Anthony specializes in commercial sales, leasing, land acquisition, site selection, and assemblage opportunities across the Front Range. With a strong background in real estate development and a comprehensive understanding and application of zoning, market dynamics, and value creation, he brings a strategic mindset to every transaction, whether representing business owners, investors, landlords, or developers.

Originally from New York, Anthony earned a dual Bachelor of Arts degree in Geography and Sociology and a Master’s degree in Urban Planning from the State University of New York at Buffalo, specializing in Community Development and Urban Management. His passion for development, urban growth, and helping people succeed through real estate has shaped his career from the beginning.
In 2016, Anthony moved to Colorado to pursue his long-time dream of living in the West, drawn by the Rocky Mountains, the energy of the Front Range, and the unmatched opportunity for growth and development across the region. He is committed to giving back to the community and is actively involved in animal rescue efforts.
