Anthony Palumbo is a Vice President at Impact Commercial Real Estate, bringing more than 20 years of experience in commercial real estate brokerage, development, and urban planning to the Denver metro market. Known for his ambitious, approachable, and entrepreneurial personality, Anthony thrives on building relationships and helping clients make confident real estate decisions that align with their long-term business and investment goals. Anthony specializes in commercial sales, leasing, land acquisition, site selection, and assemblage opportunities across the Front Range. With a strong background in real estate development and a comprehensive understanding and application of zoning, market dynamics, and value creation, he brings a strategic mindset to every transaction, whether representing business owners, investors, landlords, or developers. In 2016, Anthony moved to Colorado to pursue his long-time dream of living in the West, drawn by the Rocky Mountains, the energy of the Front Range, and the unmatched opportunity for growth and development across the region.
