I partner with business owners to help them grow, expand, and build stronger businesses through commercial real estate advising and strategic business consulting.
I help businesses find properties to lease, buy, and eventually sell. From expansion planning and operational strategy to site selection, lease negotiations, acquisitions, and investment decisions, I help clients align their real estate with their overall business goals. I also work alongside businesses as a long-term consultant, helping them navigate the challenges that come with growth.
Growing up in a family of business owners and as a business owner in healthcare myself, it taught me that every business decision impacts far more than the bottom line. It affects employees, customers, families, and the future of the business itself. That's why I take pride in becoming a trusted resource and right-hand advisor, building relationships that extend well beyond a single transaction.
For some clients, my work doesn't end after a lease is signed or a property closes. I continue working with them as a strategic business consultant, helping evaluate staffing and operations, identify expansion opportunities, connect them with trusted professionals, problem solve barriers and serve as a sounding board as new challenges arise.
