Giving back is a core part of my business. I actively support fundraising and charitable initiatives, and a portion of every sale I’m involved in is donated to the Children’s Miracle Network.
My expertise includes negotiations, market value pricing, and comparative market analysis. I work with a wide range of clients, from first-time homebuyers utilizing grant and assistance programs to experienced investors identifying and purchasing properties. I also host seminars designed to educate and empower buyers and sellers throughout the process.

In addition to my client work, I stay actively involved in the real estate community. I have served as both Chairperson and member of the Professional Standards Committee, Grievance Committee, and Professional Development Committee, and I am also involved with the Realtor Charitable Foundation.
