The Silva Company is an acquisition consulting firm focused exclusively on existing multifamily assets across California and the Western United States. Founded in 2019, we have spent years building relationships, studying markets, and developing a process that consistently moves deals from introduction to close.

We request financials, underwrite the asset, and deliver transparent feedback without delay. We do not chase deals that do not pencil and we do not string anyone along when the numbers are not there.
