Antonio Cousin is the Broker and Owner of Service 1st Real Estate, an award-winning brokerage serving Baton Rouge, New Orleans, and Southeast Louisiana. Under his leadership, Service 1st Real Estate was voted Best Real Estate Company in 2025 by Best of BR, a recognition that reflects the firm’s high standards of professionalism, client care, and community impact.
A licensed Realtor® since 2010 and a Louisiana real estate broker, Antonio brings extensive experience across residential, multifamily, and commercial real estate. His background includes years of brokerage work in both Texas and Louisiana, giving him a broad perspective and deep understanding of Gulf South markets. In addition to helping clients buy, sell, and invest, he is an active real estate investor with a diverse portfolio that spans single-family homes, multifamily properties, and commercial assets.
Antonio holds the Accredited Buyer’s Representative (ABR®) designation and the e-PRO® certification, demonstrating his commitment to client advocacy, negotiation excellence, and the strategic use of technology in modern real estate. Antonio holds a BS in Agricultural Business from Louisiana State University and an MBA in Marketing from the University of North Texas, blending business strategy with practical market insight.
