Hello, My name is April Blalock. I would like to introduce myself as a hard-working, dedicated People pleaser who will stop at nothing to get the job done. I am detail oriented and listen to the needs of others.These are some attributes that help me be the best real estate agent available. When I Began a career in Real Estate, I quickly learned that time is of the essence and There is no time to waste when You are helping your Client negotiate, purchase or sell their property. I have helped Clients in Montgomery County and at least 10 of the surrounding counties. I like to sell a variety of Real Estate from Ranches to single family homes as well as unimproved land an lots and some commercial, So not limit myself to just a few property types. I have spent roughly 20 years on the Houston Livestock Show and Rodeo as a Volunteer. I am currently a Contestant supervisor and a Judge for scholarships. After years of Volunteer work, I have the privilege of helping appropriate the funds to over four hundred students who would otherwise not have the opportunity to get a good education. Some other interests include Going to Church, Estate sales and the Sun, Sand and the beach anywhere as well as being horseback in the country air.
