Bio
Ms. Martin is responsible for the Company’s commercial leasing and property management activities as well as project planning, analysis and design. Ms. Martin previously served as Associate Counsel for the Company where she was responsible for managing legal matters and compliance in connection with leasing, acquisition and development of the company’s commercial real estate portfolio. Before joining Burroughs & Chapin, Ms. Martin was an Associate Attorney at Nelson Mullins.
Ms. Martin received a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration, magna cum laude, from the University of South Carolina, a Juris Doctor, cum laude, from the University of South Carolina School of Law and a Masters of Law in Taxation from New York University School of Law.
