April is the Vice President of Asset Management at EPG and brings a wealth of experience and a proven track record in optimizing asset performance and driving strategic growth. With a deep understanding of property operations and a passion for improving resident experience, April is a key leader in the organization, spearheading efforts to enhance the value of the portfolio. April is also responsible for financial review and investor analysis. April began her career in real estate and property management over 20 years ago, honing her skills as a third party property manager and being promoted quickly to regional supervisor before moving to the ownership side. She has also served on various Real Estate and Apartment Association boards throughout her career. April has a Bachelors of Arts in Psychology degree from Pennsylvania State University, focusing on Industrial and Organizational Psychology studies. She currently is a National Apartment Association Instructor. April is based in Dallas, TX.
