A proud native Washingtonian, ArLancia Williams is a devoted wife and mother of three whose journey in real estate began from a deeply personal place. In 2018, while at her mother's bedside, ArLancia became a licensed Realtor in Maryland, Washington, D.C., and Virginia. Shortly after, she made the bold decision to retire early and pursue real estate full-time while caring for her mother-a decision that launched a remarkable and purpose-driven career.
In 2022, ArLancia earned her Broker's license and founded her own firm, Platinum Trust Realty. By 2024, she had been offered a unique opportunity to co-brand her brokerage under the prestigious umbrella of Keller Williams Preferred Properties. Today, she proudly serves as Associate Broker and Branch Manager of Platinum Trust Powered By Keller Williams Preferred Properties, located at 10903 Indian Head Highway, Suite #204, Fort Washington, Maryland.
ArLancia oversees daily operations of the brokerage while also leading The Belle Collective Group, a real estate team that specializes in commercial real estate. Her work spans residential, commercial, and investment real estate, with a consistent focus on education, empowerment, and integrity.
Her passion for real estate runs deep-it was love at first sight. ArLancia finds joy in helping homebuyers and sellers achieve their goals, while educating them through every step of the process. She is especially passionate about renovating distressed properties, transforming them from neglected spaces into homes where families can build their futures.
As a real estate investor, she has flipped over 20 properties across D.C. and Maryland. Alongside her husband, she owns multiple properties in Washington, D.C., providing affordable luxury housing for low-income families, combining business success with a commitment to social impact.
ArLancia is a proud member of NAREB (National Association of Real Estate Brokers) and served as Co-Chair for National Wealth Building Day, contributing to the advancement of financial literacy and wealth creation in underserved communities. She has also participated in Christmas in April, giving back through home repair and renovation efforts for those in need.
Her work and influence have been recognized across national platforms. She has been featured in Essence, Forbes, Upscale, Sheen, Woman to Woman, and Upscale Magazine, and has appeared on Fox 5 DC, Fox affiliates in Mississippi and Atlanta, Living Local DMV, and Pix 11 in New York, sharing her insights on real estate trends and market conditions. ArLancia has also been a major RPAC contributor since 2022.
With a deep love for community service, collaboration, and mentoring, ArLancia remains actively involved in networking with fellow realtors throughout Prince George's County, always leading with integrity, respect, and passion.
