Bio
I have been in the real estate industry since 1996, initially starting as a residential sales agent, progressing onto commercial agency and sale of business. I qualified as a Chartered Surveyor in October 2007 and later specialised in Asset Recovery and Advisory dealing with Red Book valuation and sale of business assets across all main and sub sectors.
Previously, in private practice, I have acted For Accountants, Solicitors, Insolvency Practitioners, LPA Receivers and Mainstream and Specialist Banks, Providing Valuation of Real and Chattel Assets across most sectors.
I am currently working at One Savings Bank as their Senior Real Estate Surveyor providing valuation and consultancy services across internal departments, including Underwriters, Risk and Lending Assessors, and to Credit Committee.
