Arran specializes in real estate investment, development and advisement. A seasoned professional in the industry, he is extremely knowledgeable and accomplished in the new development downtown Manhattan market, having worked on some of New York’s most prominent buildings including Ralph Walker TriBeCa at One Hundred Barclay, The Fitzroy, Zaha Hadid at 520 W28 St and 70 Vestry.
His background in banking, as well as personal real estate investment, in New York and London over fifteen years, has created a strong foundation for his success. A member of the Vickey Barron Team, he is keenly aware of how to orchestrate effective deals and add value for his diverse clientele.
Arran graduated from Loughborough University in Management Sciences, and went on to complete his Masters in Financial Risk Management at Henley Business School.
