I am a full time practicing professional Real Estate Broker, licensed by the Commonwealth of Massachusetts and a member of the National Association of Realtors®. When hired, I’ll become your trusted ally using my acquired expertise in representing you as the Purchaser or the Seller in the transfer of real estate (residential, commercial or business assets). I’ll work diligently and I pledge to each of my clients undivided loyalty, reasonable care, disclosure, obedience to lawful instruction, confidentiality and accountability. My full representation service includes, broker’s price opinion, researching, analyzing, marketing, negotiating price and terms, as well as, preparing and presenting offers, counter offers and contracts. After acceptance, I’ll follow through, in monitoring the fulfillment of contract terms and conditions to ensure that they are handled in a timely manner. Consequently, I work closely with attorneys, loan officers, appraisers, engineers, home inspectors, governing officials and other professionals, as may be required, in each transaction, verifying their tasks are performed timely and properly. I keep current in real estate law, local zoning, economies, fair housing and financing. I provide personalized service, using specialized knowledge and cutting-edge technology, in a dedicated and honest manner, adhering to the Realtors® code of ethics. It’s my commitment to serve my clients in achieving their desired acquisition or disposition of a home, personal property, business or real estate investments, at the best price and terms in a timely manner.
