Arthur J. Draznin joined Newmark Grubb Knight Frank in 2002 at the firm’s Manhattan headquarters. He possesses over 40 years of experience in commercial real estate, and has completed more than 7 million square feet of office leasing and sale transactions during his career.
Prior to joining Newmark Grubb Knight Frank, Mr. Draznin served for 15 years as President and CEO of Harper-Lawrence Inc., a New York City based commercial real estate company.
Mr. Draznin has concluded transactions with organizations in the corporate, service, not-for-profit, and government sectors, among them include the following: J.P. Mr. Draznin is an Adjunct Assistant Professor at New York University’s Real Estate Institute, where he teaches “Office Leases: Business and Management Considerations”. Mr. Draznin also lectures at business conferences for law firms, public companies and accounting firms.
