From 1974 until 1992, Art was employed with Winnipeg real estate developer Winfield Developments Ltd. holding positions of Leasing Manager of the Winnipeg portfolio, Branch Manager of the Saskatchewan portfolio and Vice-President and General Manager of Winfield Realty responsible for Winfield’s Manitoba and Saskatchewan portfolio. From 1992, Art was Leasing Manager for Morguard Investments Limited and responsible for their Winnipeg portfolio, a position he retired from in 2010. Eager to re-energize himself, Art has taken the position of Senior Leasing Representative with Avison Young in the Winnipeg office
