Arthur’s keen eye for business opportunities grew during a college internship where he worked in industrial real estate in Fort Worth. Eager to increase business and expand his skillset, he moved to Dallas where he worked at Mohr Partners with the CEO providing big-name tenants such as Toshiba services that included portfolio management, business consulting, and project management. A true entrepreneur, Arthur purchased an apartment complex that he owned and managed. This created additional opportunities to buy and sell apartments, leading Arthur to multi-family real estate and luxury apartment locating.
Noticing a gap in luxury residential real estate, Arthur founded Y + A Real Estate and Asset Management, a full-service luxury real estate brokerage and lifestyle company that represented elite clientele that included international clients, professional athletes, and celebrities. During his time there, he utilized science, analytics, tracking, and strategic modeling to ensure his clients reached their goals in real estate. Always setting records in sales prices on high-end properties, getting successful results from his development and real estate investment business led Arthur to be continually featured in publications such as The Wall Street Journal, on MSNBC, CBS, and NBC as the local real estate expert. Arthur also repeatedly appears on more lifestyle shows such as HGTV’s “My First Place” helping clients purchase their first homes and he’s even been seen on Bravo’s “Below Deck.”
Communication is one of Arthur’s many strengths. Born in Ukraine and fluent in Russian, Arthur loves adventure and meeting new people. In fact, those who know him say he has never met a stranger. Aside from real estate, Arthur is equally committed to his children. They enjoy cooking together and celebrate other cultures by preparing authentic dishes from a variety of countries. He has a passion for art and classic cars as well as tennis and competitive backgammon.
