Art has been a resident of Vero Beach for 43 years and graduated here in 1971. He has been involved in all phases of construction and development for 28 years. In 1988 he started Art krieger Construction, Inc. and has been building new custom homes, commercial properties, renovations for commercial & residential and additions as well. Art received his Florida Real Estate License and since that time, he was a top producer with RE/MAX and started working the commercial market. The last 3 years Art was with SLC Commercial Bird Realty Group, Inc., working the Commercial Market. He has earned the reputation of being honest, straight forward and as a "Guy" who could get the "Deal Done". The many years of living here, making the right connections and knowledge of all commercial properties has allowed him to be very successful and open his new company in 2008. As in any real estate transaction, the "Client" comes first and being ethical, putting all the cards on the table" is a must. Hard work, understanding "The Clients" needs, sharing information and ideas are required to make any transaction work. Art has his Real Estate Broker's License, accomppanied with a State Certified General Contractors License (CGC015046) & State Certified Roofing Contractors License (CCC1328158). Also within his network are a list of all trades necessary to start & complete any project, from engineers, surveyors, architects and construction trades. His specialties are investment properties, commercial, industrial, income properties, residential subdivisions, as well as large tracts of all types of land. Residential homes and lots are handled by his daughter, Mari Ann Hutchinson, who has her real estate license and was a top producer with RE/MAX .
