Arthur Kumasian is a senior real estate broker and investment advisor in the greater Los Angeles area. A veteran broker with a 10-year history, he has represented both buyers and sellers in various commercial real estate product types. His scope of work includes multi-family apartment buildings, industrial warehouses, and office buildings of several types. Successful and aggressive marketing campaigns that achieve maximum results have set him apart from his peers. Arthur’s clients are both public and private sector investors. Arthur prides himself on building relationships through challenging work and integrity, core concepts that are especially important to him throughout his entire career.
Arthur earned his bachelor’s degree in Communications from the University of Southern California. In addition to his devotion to his career, he is equally enthusiastic and continually active in the community serving and volunteering his time with local charities and groups. He is also a Big Brother and mentor for the past 12 years with the Big Brothers of America. He is an avid traveler, having visited over twenty countries. Arthur thoroughly enjoys exercising, running, and various cardiovascular workouts. He enjoys reading and spending lots of time with his chocolate Labrador retriever, Jake.
