Arthur has been a licensed real estate broker since 2023. Before moving to Florida he operated multi-office brokerage services in the Midwest focused on luxury and vacation properties along Lake Michigan. During that time he was also the managing partner of a small real estate investment company serving investors nationally. Currently, The Martens Group focused on creating, protecting, and transferring generational wealth in real estate. Whether that is selling a multi-generational property, facilitating a 1031 or 721UPREIT, or representing a non profit in the transition of their real estate holdings, Arthur and his team are known for curating remarkable clients experiences that exceed the goals of the client.
