Ashish Panchal is a seasoned hospitality leader and entrepreneur with years of experience in hotel management, operational strategy, and asset oversight. As Managing Partner at Otter Hospitality Group, Ashish has played a central role in the company’s growth and direction since 2011, guiding hotel operations and organizational development across the Monterey, California region and beyond.
Before co-founding and leading Otter Hospitality Group, Ashish built a strong financial foundation as an Equity Derivatives Analyst at Arbex in San Francisco, where he spent more than three years analyzing markets, developing models, and supporting institutional trading strategy. This early experience strengthened his analytical mindset and continues to inform his disciplined, data-driven approach to hospitality management.
