Ashley DelPozzo joined Resolution Real Estate as an Associate focused on office leasing and business development throughout the New York City commercial real estate market. Working alongside an experienced brokerage team, she supports both landlord and tenant representation assignments across a wide range of office leasing initiatives throughout Manhattan.
Ms. DelPozzo’s responsibilities include business development, client outreach, and high-volume prospecting to tenants, landlords, and ownership groups, while identifying office opportunities aligned with client objectives, operational requirements, and current market conditions. She participates in client meetings, internal strategy discussions, property tours, and leasing negotiations, while conducting market research, availability analysis, and competitive evaluations across Manhattan submarkets.
In addition to brokerage and leasing support, Ms. DelPozzo assists with marketing and business development initiatives, including property presentations, email campaigns, digital outreach, social media marketing, and the creation of customized leasing materials and flyers. She also supports transaction coordination and overall deal execution throughout various stages of the leasing process.
Prior to joining Resolution Real Estate full time, Ms. DelPozzo worked closely with the firm through marketing and leasing initiatives, where she developed experience in commercial real estate marketing, tenant outreach, and market positioning strategies. She graduated from University of Rhode Island with a degree in Communication Studies and a minor in Psychology.
